Classy Birthday

A client asked for a string trio to perform for her husband’s birthday party. When she asked what music we would play, I responded by asking for what she wanted. We ended up corresponding back and forth for about a week creating a perfect setlist that matched the class and elegance of her event. There were several songs that she especially requested including a song I had never actually heard before: Pal Pal by Afusic and Alisoomromusic.

We were more than happy to create multiple arrangements from scratch and learn them just for her event. I remember during the first half of our performance where we played very famous popular hits, the audience was enjoying the music, but when we transitioned into this specific specially tailored song we wrote out and learned just for this event, the crowd jumped up in excitement and began dancing. The guests were so pleased and the vibe was so good that I leaned over to the rest of the trio as we approached the final bars and told them to Da Capo (restart the song).

We played the special song twice in a row seamlessly to keep the energy and savor the moment. Needless to say, both the musicians and the guests left with lasting memories that night.
